Biography
I am an academic cardiologist with a wide range of interest in clinical cardiology. Over the last 20 years I have focussed my research in coronary artery disease particularly the ECG changes of acute STEMI. Modern technologies such as smart phones with dedicated apps, etc allow these ECG signals to be captured, transmitted, centralized, and analysed. Their utility is incremental with newer technology, but the findings from ECG studies always form the scientific backbone for any clinical application. My current aim is to help refine the electrocardiographic language of STEMIs. I have published over 150 journal articles / book chapters.
