Dr. Catherine Demers graduated from Université de Sherbrooke and completed her training in Adult Cardiology at the Montreal Heart Institute. She is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiology. Dr. Demers is involved in the ongoing management of complex heart failure patients at the Heart Function Clinic at the Hamilton Health Sciences.
Research interests include heart failure management in primary care and the impact of cognitive function on self-care and clinical outcomes in older heart failure patients
