Biography

Prof. Dr. Campos-Takaki, in Microbiology has received his PhD in Federal University of SãoPaulo-São Paulo, Brazil during the period of 1979-1984. Currently, she is working as Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology in Catholic University of Pernambuco, Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil. However, She is linking to post-graduation course in Biological Sciences in Federal University of Pernambuco,Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil. She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as vice-Director in Biological Sciences Center in Federal University of Pernambuco. Now she is Coordinator of the Nucleus of Research in Environmental Sciences in Catholic University of Pernambuco, Pernambuco, Brazil. She is serving as an editorial member of several reputed journals like Brazilian Journal of Microbiology and Asian Chitin Journal. She has authored 174 research articles and 27 chapters of books. She was supervised 62 Master and 33 PhD students. She is a member of Brazilian Microbiology Society, Brazilian Biotechnology Society. She has honored as researcher in Microbiology by Brazilian Microbiology Society in 2011 Meeting. She is member of Academy Pernambucana of Sciences, Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil.
