Biography

He received his Master’s degree in Bioinformatics from West Bengal University of Technology in year 2009 and Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Calcutta University, India in year 2005. His prime research compasses from understanding population genetic architecture at molecular level to visualization of a disease in a holistic perspective. He has published several research articles in various international journals focusing from population genetics to network biology and protein structure modeling & molecular dynamics.

Research Interest

System scale understanding of genetic complexity of different human diseases through computational graph theory and network biology. In-depth mining of available high-throughput disease datasets to positively direct a fundamental implication for their therapeutic benefit.
