Biography

Dr Alberto Dominguez-Rodriguez is Medical Doctor of Hospital Universitario de Canarias, Department of Cardiology, and Tenerife, Spain. He is the Director Cardiology Research Group of Hospital Universitario de Canarias. Currently he is a Professor of the Faculty of Sciences of the Universidad Europea de Canarias. He has received a PhD from the Universidad de La Laguna, Tenerife, Spain, 1998-2000. He has won the Title of European Cardiologist (2004), Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology (2005) and is an Expert columnist the Latin American Society for Scientific Information (2006). He is serving as an editorial board member for: Clinical Medicine: Geriatrics, World Journal of Cardiology and Journal of Clinical & Experimental Cardiology. He is a frequent reviewer for International Journal of Cardiology, American Journal of Cardiology, Biomarkers, Clinica Chimica Acta, Revista Española de Cardiología and several others.
