The aim of the work was to determine long-term effects and interactions of different doses of ascorbic acid (L- ascorbic acid) (0, 100 mg/kg diet-1) and vitamin E (α-tocopherol) (0, 1000 mg/kg diet-1) and Highly Unsaturated Fatty Acid (HUFA) (fish oil and soya bean oil) on sperm quality in goldfish. The results of this study showed that vitamin C and E and HUFA have significant (P < 0.05) effect on some spermatology parameters such as duration and percent motility of each sperm. Control group have lowest motility duration and percent motility of each sperm and fish fed with the diet C100 + E1000-HUFA and C100 + E1000 + HUFA have highest value. Spermatocrit and sperm concentration are not significantly different (P > 0.05).
