Biography
Dr. Norma S. Guerra is a professor and the Associate Vice Provost for Faculty Diversity and Inclusion at the University of Texas at San Antonio, a Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) and recent Excelencia Award recipient. Her public higher education work spans 32 years during which time she has served in academic, business, administrative, and student affairs advocating for students from underserved, underrepresented and minoritized communities.
