Mantle Cell Lymphoma Presenting as a Gastric Mass & Multiple Lymphomatous Polyposis of the Duodenum: A Case Report and Review of the Literature

We present a case of a 61 year old man admitted for epigastric pain and fatigue. Computed tomography and endoscopy revealed the presence of a gastric mass and multiple polyps in the duodenum. The patient also had widespread lymphadenopathy, ascites and pleural effusion. Genetic and immunohistochemical testing confirmed the diagnosis of disseminated mantle cell lymphoma.
