Minghua Gao

Biography

Gao Minghua is the Director and Professor of the Research Center for Corporate Governance and Corporate Development of Beijing Normal University.His research interest includes corporate governance, capital market, state-owned assets supervision and state-owned enterprise reform, private enterprise development and etc.He has published and translated 57 books independently and cooperatively, and more than 300 papers and research reports. His annual book, Report on the Classified Corporate Governance Index of Chinese Listed Companies, has been published for 20 consecutive years in 6 categories, which has earned a wide impact at home and abroad.
