Branched aortic endograft placement is increasingly used to treat complex aneurysms of the abdominal aorta involving visceral and renal arteries. Occlusion of one or more branches can occur due to mechanical forces between the branch and the stent graft. The present report describes a case of acute renal failure secondary to a left renal artery branch occlusion in a monorenal patient 4 months after a 3-branched stent graft procedure.
