Dentoalveolar defects resulting in the loss of alveolar ridge and attached mucosa is generally a challenge for the clinician to restore the defect area. The aim of this clinical report is to describe the prosthetic management of a maxillary alveolar defect. Treatment included 4 implants with a maxillary implant-retained fixed prosthesis.
