Products of Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are principally and most widely utilized due to their multipurpose actions, i.e., analgesic anti pyretic and anti-inflammatory effect. Beside their therapeutic effect their toxic effect based on their selectivity of cyclooxygenase (COX) enzyme. While cardiovascular toxicities associated with NSAIDs are mainly related with COX-2 selective inhibitor and primarily dependent on their dose time and duration.
