Biography

Dr. Balu Ananda Chopde is currently Vice Chancellor for Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University,Maharashtra, India. He received a Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Microbiology from University of Nottingham, England in 1986, followed by a postdoctoral program in the1996. He is a graduated in Microbiology from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, India in1978, with an immediate post-graduation in Microbiology from University of Pune, India in 1980. He served as Director for 6 years Institute of Bioinformatics and Biotechnology (IBB), University of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
