Restoration of endodontically treated teeth not a sign of completion of dental management. Root-canal treated tooth needs to restore function, esthetic, and form. The quality of coronal seal effects directly the success and survival of endodontically treated tooth. Thus, a good root-canal treatment should be followed by coronal restoration.

In recent years, variant dental materials have been available to restore both anterior and posterior endodontically treated teeth. Restoration of endodontically treated tooth depends on many factors, which will guide the clinician to decide which technique and material to use. The presentation will include the effect of on teeth and importance of timing of the restorative procedure. Additionally, type of restoration used for both anterior and posterior teeth.
