Abstract

Ormosia yimenensis sp.nov (Fabaceae) from Yunnan Province of China

Described and illustrated in this paper is Ormosia yimenensis LiLan Deng, an evidently localized endemic of Karst forest from center of Yunnan Province of China. This new species would key to O.xylocarpa Chun ex L. Chen，from which it is readily distinguished by leaflets（1-）2-3 per side, apexe acuminate, raceme mostly axillary, sparesely panicles terminal, valves of legumen super fulovbomentose.
