Ventricular arrhythmias pose a significant challenge in cardiovascular medicine, often leading to life-threatening complications such as sudden cardiac arrest. While pharmacological interventions remain a cornerstone of treatment, the advent of mechanical circulatory support systems has revolutionized the management of these arrhythmias. This article explores the role of mechanical circulatory support devices, such as ventricular assist devices and total artificial hearts, in the management of ventricular arrhythmias.
