Abstract

Lessons learned from Covid-19 disease management from a General Hospital in Tehran, Iran

The outbreak of COVID-19 disease worldwide has engaged health-therapeutic centers. Considering the involvement of hospitalsas therapeutic service providers, each has done procedures for continuing the services and increasing their capacity depending on its conditions, facilities, and manpower in responding to the crisis long-termly. Recording lessons learned and innovative procedures can help other centers improve performance. Thus, the present study detailed the procedures taken in the fields of service provision to personnel and clients, an increase in capacity, infection control, statics and information, management and leadership, and training in one of the biggest educational and therapeuticcenters in Tehran.
