The current Swiss telemedical advices business processes give us a clear picture of what we do as core and support processes from nurses. They give us direction and focus on our daily business and focused goals. They help us discriminate goal-relevant activities from less important thing (Zoia, 2017). We need to create the system of process-driven activities for the Swiss telemedicine medical ADVICES Company and pioneer Medi24™, more exact the health care advices unit with the planning horizon of one year.
